Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing daily activities
- Host events and shows
- Manage entertainment staff schedules
- Handle guest feedback and requests
- Step in for Cruise Director when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years cruise/entertainment experience
- Strong public speaking and hosting abilities
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Energetic and guest-focused
- 6-8 month contract commitment
