- Lead and coordinate all onboard entertainment activities

- Manage entertainment staff
- Ensure guest engagement and satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in entertainment/hospitality
- Exceptional public speaking and hosting skills
- Outgoing personality and leadership abilities
- Willing to work 6-8 month contracts at sea
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
