Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple bar locations
- Manage bar staff and scheduling
- Control inventory and costs
- Ensure beverage quality and service standards
- Create signature cocktails and promotions
Requirements:
- 5+ years bar management experience
- Knowledge of mixology and beverage operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Inventory and cost control experience
- Cruise ship experience preferred
- 6-8 month contracts
