We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hotel experience is a plus
