Lead our Guest Services team aboard Celebrity Cruises!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate shore excursions and services
- Train and develop team members
- Ensure premium service standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
- 3+ years in hotel/cruise guest services
- Supervisory experience required
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
- Problem-solving and leadership skills
- 6-8 month contract periods
