Responsibilities:
- Manage VIP and repeat guest programs
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Coordinate with all hotel departments
- Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies
- Train and supervise guest relations team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury hotel operations
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
